Ollie Beard (Director)

As a champion body builder (1993 to 2006) and weightlifter (1990 to 1991), Ollie now uses his professional skills in Mixed Martial Arts, K1 Kick boxing and Brazilian Jui Jitsu, to train both his private clients and professional MMA fighters.

Ollie has over 25 years experience as a strength and conditioning coach and is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at level 3.

Rachael Elliott Hughes (Director)

Rachael began her career in the fitness industry in 2004, when she qualified as a personal fitness instructor with Premier International.

Having established her own business with a private client base, Rachael subsequently became a member of the Guild of Postnatal Instructors.

In 2006, she started a group of postnatal exercise classes called 'BabyFit' which she ran for 5 years, helping many local mums to regain their pre-baby fitness.

Rachael is a member of REPs at level 3 and is also a fully qualified Nutrition and Weight Management Advisor.

Simon Gill (Personal Trainer)

Simon Gill is a highly experienced sports professional with an extensive background in health and fitness, strength and conditioning and martial arts.

Simon takes the time to understand each clients’ individual exercise requirements including goals, objectives and limitations in order to develop bespoke training programs.

Simons’ client base ranges from elite level athletes to men and women simply wishing to improve their general fitness, physique and lifestyle choices.

Jayne Forde (Personal Trainer)

Jayne is a Lifestyle Coach and Personal Trainer specialising in Strength and Conditioning & Bodybuilding.

  • Horse Riding - National Level Events; Show Jumping, Dressage and Cross country.

REPs Accreditation

REPs is an independent public register of fitness instructors and trainers which recognises their qualifications and expertise in the UK and provides a system of regulation to ensure that they meet national standards.

All registered exercise professionals are appropriately qualified and have the knowledge, competence and skills to perform specific roles. Members are bound by a Code of Ethical Conduct and hold appropriate public liability insurance.
